Partners in Education

Together We Achieve, Together We Inspire

The Partners in Education (PIE) Program at Southside High School is all about building meaningful and mutually beneficial relationships between businesses, community organizations, and our school. By aligning partnership activities with the goals of our school and district, we work together to support and enhance the educational experience for our students.

The Heart of Our Partnerships

While financial donations are always appreciated, the true essence of the Partners in Education program lies in the relationships built between our partners and our school. These connections are key to supporting our Student Success goals, helping students see the real-world applications of their education, and preparing them for future opportunities.

Southside Mentoring Program

Through our very special Partners in Education program that includes a variety of community businesses and organizations give our school volunteers to work with students. Each mentor has a background check and is trained. The Mentor Program's main goal is to help students succeed in the classroom and explore what comes after high school, whether it is college, the military, trade school, cosmetology school, or entering the workforce.
